Personal Truths

CoCre November 3, 2021

Your personal truths compose your core code from the highest levels – beyond all conditions, self-limiting beliefs, fears and social influence. In these next couple of segments, we will work intensely on getting to the roots of the thoughts and beliefs you have been affirming to yourself, your vocabulary and self talk, manufactured narratives, and the deeper desires behind you goals and visions. This way, you can cut through to the core of your truths and simplify living in them more fully. As you move through these sections you will feel more and more connected with who you truly are. Indeed, truth shall set you free!

Integrity

Your integrity is your core code of operating within yourself and within society. It is what you know to be righteous. Most of the time, our initial awareness is shaped by our home or parental influences. We grow to remember this conditioning exists deeper. As kindred humans, we each know what is right and true. We know how to be cooperative and collective. It is the life-ward way. What do you respect about yourself and in others? What do you stand for? What swells your sense of duty to your lifetime and to others? Reaffirm or redeclare the best qualities of your integrity and take note of anything you feel you need to work on. Remember, in our hearts and in the absence of negative affiliations, we are good, solid humans.

“As I have said, the first thing is to be honest with yourself. You can never have an impact on society if you have not changed yourself. Great peacemakers are all people of integrity, of honesty, but humility.” -Nelson Mandela

A Life of Purpose
Your purpose here on Earth is to seek, expand and create with joy and harmony. We are here to feel, experience and share. This is the seed of our work, and what we give back to the system or others. We are all blessed uniquely with different interests and skills – there is enough purpose pie for everyone. Throughout this work you will settle into the simple concept of purpose while exercising your unique gifts and channels you can access to create a more personalized receiving.

“There is no greater gift you can give or receive than to honor your calling. It’s why you were born. And how you become most truly alive.” -Oprah

We Have Everything We Need Within Us
We are conditioned consumers since birth who are taught that everything we need is not within us, and even worse, that it can be purchased. This underbedding of society leaves us feeling like we have a slow leak in our tire and we will never quite be enough. We are being constantly disconnected and disempowered from our own powers and abilities. After a lifetime of being sold to, step away from your own toxic thoughts of unworthiness, and from the noise of the media, the imagery, the spinsters, the advertisements, the commercials, the dramas – and anything that makes you feel like “if only…” Understand, YOU ARE ENOUGH. Everything you need to progress you to the next level, at any given moment, is already within and around you. It is common life tools that make it happen, such as awareness, communication, network, and your focus. And remember, you are the constant artist, writer, creator, director of your own life, and the driver of your destiny.

“Greatness is not a product of effort but of self realization.” -Johanna Bassols

Lose Distractions, Know Thyself
Many people will do anything to distract themselves, to avoid being alone with their own mind for more than five minutes. We have plenty of mediums today that provide enough distraction that we never fully connect with ourselves. Consumerism drives marketing to shape or confuse our sense of identity. In many circumstances, we may have forgotten parts of who we are. We have distractions for our distractions, which are often rooted in our own unhealed insecurities. Now more than ever in this insta-like culture, we have completely vacated our own power and esteem by distracting ourselves and growing such an affinity with how we appear to others.

Hypersocial culture.

Give your nervous system a break from being fed to, and find yourself again. You have to get back to you, with minimal distractions. Make a conscious effort to recognize and catch your methods of distraction, and try to stop them in their tracks. Try to make time to be alone alone, free of distractions. Be with your mind, your thoughts, and observe. Push past points that may be excuses of procrastination. Find the bliss in the shedding and opening. This quite space is where the divine comes through.

“To make the right decisions in life, you have to get in touch with your soul. To do to this, you need to experience solitude, which most people are afraid of because in the silence you hear the truth and know the solutions.” -Deepak Chopra
